Cancellation Registration and Refund Policy:

If the member wants to cancel their registration, follow the below process
1. Drop an email to regarding the cancellation of registration. The member also has to update the President/secretary via call regarding the cancellation.
2. If the member cancels the registration on the same day of registration (with payment), the amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days with a deduction of 3% as transaction charges. If the cancellation is done after the registration data, no amount will be refunded.
3. If the amount is deducted twice during registration/renewal, the full amount will be refunded (a transaction of 3% may or may not be applied).
